This notice applies to shotinger.com and app.shotinger.com, together with their sub-domains and localised versions.

Shotinger is an online AI product-photography service. It generates commercial product imagery — apparel on AI models, ghost mannequin, product and jewellery studio shots, flat-lay, and motion content — from source material supplied by its users.

The structure, design, text, graphics, logos, interface, databases, and software making up the Service are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction, or reuse, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

“Shotinger” and the Shotinger logo are the publisher's distinctive signs. Any use without authorisation is prohibited.

Rights in content generated by users through the Service are governed by section 7 of the Terms of Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites. The publisher exercises no control over them and accepts no responsibility for their content or their privacy practices.

This notice and the use of the Service are governed by French law. See section 18 of the Terms of Service for jurisdiction, and section 19 for complaints and consumer mediation.
